RX Suggested Skill Requirements
Skills that may show up in workouts.
Pull Ups: Chest to Bar
Toes to bar: Yes
Rope Climbs: Yes (with legs)
Handstand push ups: Kipping
Muscle ups: Ring or Bar (Like in 2019, not all members will be required to do, and would be at the end or as a bonus)
Jump Rope: Double Unders
Box Jumps: 24/20”
RX Weights
Workout weights will not exceed these (this excludes a strength test such as a max lift)
Thruster: 95/65
Snatch: 135/95
Clean: 155/105
Shoulder to Overhead: 155/105
Overhead squat: 115/85
Front Squat: 135/95
Deadlift : 225/155
Lunges: Yes (weighted, two dumbbells or 135/95)

Rope Climbs: Yes (with legs) BUT will have option to perform 2 rope pulls from seated to standing.
Handstand push ups: no, would be dumbbell push press
Muscle ups: no
Jump Rope: Single Unders
